Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (4/10 schedule) — occasional overtime when needed

Pay & Benefits:

• $23.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE)
• Full benefits after hire

What you’ll do:

• Assemble electromechanical products and subassemblies following drawings and work instructions
• Wire electrical panels and perform basic electrical wiring tasks
• Perform mechanical assembly and fit-up as required
• Use hand and power tools including soldering iron, wire strippers, cutters, labeling machine, and multimeter
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or wiring issues
• Inspect and verify work for accuracy and quality
• Work independently and as part of a team; accept feedback and ask questions when needed
• Cross-train and adapt to different departments and tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

• Mechanical aptitude — mechanical background is a huge plus
• Comfortable using soldering tools and basic electrical test equipment (multimeter)
• Ability to read and follow schematics, diagrams, and written work instructions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and takes pride in quality workmanship
• Flexible and open to cross-training and change
