Assembly Technician

Job Description

We're hiring General Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in building quality products. You'll work alongside a team to assemble components, inspect finished products, and help keep production running efficiently. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package completed products for shipment
• Load materials and keep workstations stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
