Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle for local deliveries and pickups
- Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks
- Move and stage materials in the warehouse or yard
- Secure loads and verify materials before transport
- Complete required delivery paperwork
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow DOT and company safety requirements
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL required
- Acceptable driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Ability to safely load and unload materials
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently
- Must meet applicable DOT requirements
- Must be willing to perform both driving and forklift duties
