Forklift Operators / Material Handlers -- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
Location: Marysville, OH
Pay: $18-$19 per hour

We are hiring dependable Forklift Operators / Material Handlers for immediate full-time positions in Marysville, Ohio. Candidates with warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. 
Available Shifts

• 
  1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
  
• 
  2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
  
• 
  3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM
  

Mandatory overtime will be required during peak periods.
 Responsibilities

• 
  Safely operate a forklift and/or riding pallet jack in a manufacturing environment.
  
• 
  Move, stage, load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, packaging supplies, and pallets.
  
• 
  Support production and packaging operations by maintaining consistent material flow.
  
• 
  Assist with receiving, shipping, palletizing, wrapping, rebagging, and reblending as needed.
  
• 
  Perform basic equipment checks and promptly report safety or mechanical issues.
  
• 
  Complete production logs, check sheets, and other required documentation accurately.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
  
• 
  Lift and move materials weighing up to 55 pounds periodically throughout the shift.
  

Qualifications

• 
  6-12 months of forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting preferred.
  
• 
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• 
  Strong safety awareness, reliability, and attention to detail.
  
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  
• 
  Good communication skills and a professional, team-focused attitude.
  
• 
  Basic computer skills and the ability to complete required documentation.
