NP Nurse Practitioner in an integrated practice

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work primarily in an integrated medical clinic, focusing on providing comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. This individual contributor role involves managing a moderate patient caseload with an emphasis on patient education and health promotion to enhance outcomes and ensure thorough follow-up care. The NP collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver holistic and effective treatment without supervisory duties or involvement in research or education initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to evaluate health status.
• Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.

• Provide follow-up care to monitor patient progress.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of nurse practitioner practice experience.
