Food Quality Technician - Night Shift

Quality Technician – Night Shift | $26.20/hr

We’re hiring a Quality Technician to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. If you have experience with quality control, food production, GMPs, food safety, or laboratory testing, this could be a great next step.

You’ll work directly with production to make sure ingredients and finished products meet quality and food safety standards.

Pay & Schedule

• $26.20/hour
• Night Shift: 4:30 PM–4:30 AM
• Monday–Saturday scheduling
• Typically two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts
• Full-time opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and test products during production and in the lab
• Verify products meet specifications and document results
• Perform GMP, formula, process, and food safety audits
• Monitor equipment calibration and metal detector operation
• Perform scheduled environmental swabbing
• Identify and report quality issues or out-of-spec products
• Assist with quality investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain accurate testing and quality records
• Work closely with production teams to maintain quality and food safety standards
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of quality, food safety, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Science or laboratory experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic math, computer, and documentation skills
• Ability to read and follow procedures and work instructions
• Comfortable working around food ingredients and allergens
• High school diploma or GED preferred
