Pay Rate: $15.50 - $16.25 Hourly

Shift Schedule:

• Rotating 12-Hour Schedule (3 Days On / 4 Days Off)
• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Double Forklift Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of forklift operating experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is responsible for safely operating a double forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a double forklift to transport and position materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, racks, and designated storage areas.
• Move raw materials, finished products, and other materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Properly stage and organize materials for production and shipping.
• Inspect the forklift before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and proper forklift operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and shipping teams.
• Perform other material-handling duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional forklift operating experience required.
• Experience operating a double forklift required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.
