Responsibilities:
- Processes weekly payroll for union employees at the division level. This includes multiple trade unions across various states.
- Works with union employees and supervisors to ensure that time is approved, captured, and processed accurately and timely.
- Administer accurate employee payroll records, including new hire paperwork, payroll form updates, status change forms, and employee terminations.
- Help monitor and track employee paid time off balances (vacation, holiday, jurisdictionally mandated sick and safe leave, and other personal time off) and provides updated reports to management regularly.

- Minimum 4 years of payroll and other finance function experience within the construction industry, union experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in computer usage with intermediate to expert Excel skills, and prior experience using various payroll processing and reporting systems
- Bachelor's/Associate's Degree in Accounting/Finance highly preferred
