Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Southern Illinois. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. The position requires providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical function and quality of life, collaborating closely with the healthcare team, and educating patients and their families on recovery techniques.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or compact eligibility). Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred. Current BLS certification. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly. Floating: Float rotation may be required.
