Extraction VBM Clerk - Now Hiring

Our client, a dedicated organization supporting election processes, is seeking a Extraction VBM Clerk to join their team. As a Extraction VBM Clerk, you will be part of the Election Support Department supporting election operations. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, excellent counting skills, and the ability to spot errors efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Extraction VBM Clerk

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: $18.00/ Hourly

Shift: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Extract ballots and prepare them for tabulation
• Reconcile the number of ballots with the envelopes received
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking of ballots and related materials
• Follow directions precisely to ensure election integrity
• Assist with other election-related tasks as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to work with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in counting and error detection
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods (minimum of 4 hours)
• Ability to work under observation and in a team environment
