Election Receptionist

Our client, a government agency involved in election processes, is seeking a Election Receptionist to join their team. As a Election Receptionist, you will be part of the Election Support Department supporting the Election Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Election Receptionist

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: Day Shift 

What's the Job?

• Perform clerical duties including data entry, checking, and scanning voter registration cards
• Answer phones and process returned mail efficiently
• Work comfortably with computers and computer databases
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Support election-related activities at both main and satellite locations

What's Needed?

• Ability to work at both the main office and satellite locations as required
• Strong organizational and conscientious work habits
• Customer service experience
• Ability to follow instructions and focus on detailed tasks for extended periods
• Background check: Enhanced
