As a Team Member, you will deliver outstanding guest service while preparing high-quality smoothies, smoothie bowls, and food items according to brand standards. You'll help maintain a clean, organized store and create a positive experience for every guest. No prior Smoothie King experience is required - we provide the training. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Guest Service - Greet every guest with enthusiasm and professionalism. - Take accurate orders using the POS system. - Recommend smoothies, enhancers, extras, and retail products. - Promote the Smoothie King Rewards App. - Resolve guest concerns promptly while creating memorable experiences. Food Preparation & Operations - Prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls, and food items according to recipes. - Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. - Prep ingredients, restock supplies, rotate inventory (FIFO), and maintain cleanliness. - Complete opening, shift, and closing duties.
