Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My dad is 95. His health is good overall. Some incontinence. About the care needs: Someone who is calm, a good listener would be good. He probably sits too much so if they could get him doing some regular, gentle exercise/movement that would help. There is a sheepdog in the house. He is very friendly and responds well to calm attention. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
