Senior Engineer

The Solvere Technical Group is a Senior Engineer to serve as the lead engineer overseeing technical efforts for a Foreign Military Sales program. This role assesses integration and installation work packages and procedures supporting multiple customer countries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering efforts, including assessment of integration and installation work packages and procedures for multiple customer countries.
• Serve as the lead engineer overseeing all technical efforts on the program.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8 years of engineering management experience, including 5 years of specific engineering experience related to the program's tasking.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience serving aboard a surface combatant vessel.

Security Clearance: Secret

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
