The work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7am - 330pm.
The first review of applications will be Thursday, September 24th, 2026. Applications received after that date will be reviewed on a continuous basis until the position is filled.
- Log Home-Delivered Meal participants changes and communicate to appropriate staff.
- Process cancellation or hold on service requests.
- Create and maintain participant files, including archiving closed files per county policy/procedure.
- Accurately data enter the Home-Delivered Meal information into the data management system ServTracker.
- Review Abbreviated Uniform Assessment Instruments (AUAI) and Uniform Program Registration (UPR) documents to ensure that all required entries have been documented on the forms.
- Accurately data enter AUAI and UPR forms and plan of care information into KAMIS within the time deadlines prescribed by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS).
- Data-enter participant information updates including changes to plans of care and termination of services, within the time guidelines prescribed by KDADS.
- Complete monthly data reporting
- Deliver Home-Delivered Meal routes as needed.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. May require KS/MO driver's license, depending on department or agency.
Johnson County Government requires reference/background screening for all positions. Specified criteria may vary by Department/Agency.
Preferred Job Requirements:
6 months experience working with older adults
One year of customer service
Education/Experience Substitutions:
Experience may be substituted for degree. Education may be substituted for experience.
