Assistance repositioning in bed Assistance getting in/out of bed and wheelchair as tolerated Assistance with transfers Assistance getting dressed/undressed Assistance with meals and feeding as needed Assistance with toileting and adult diapers Assistance with personal hygiene and dental care Assisting hospice aid with bathing/bed bathing Assistance with medications as directed by hospice Assistance with comfort measures and maintaining a safe environment Assistance with transportation if needed My mom is 5ft and 120lb, must be capable and comfortable with transfers Spanish speaking preferred
