About who needs care: My sister had a stroke and is paralyzed on her left side. She needs companionship and help with bathing, transportation to activities, meal prep and light housekeeping. About the care needs: Someone who takes initiative, wants to go on outings, has a good car and can help with transfers in and out of the car to appointments, non smoker. Skills with stroke related care, such as physical transfers and bathing assistance. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
