Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Annapolis. Looking for weekly support when my husband or I travel for work or for date nights. Recurring on Thursday nights, but would love flexibility to shift night some weeks depending on schedule. Willing to guarantee one night per week. Ideally looking for someone local to Annapolis and experienced with young babies / multiple kids.
