Babysitter - Now Hiring

I am looking for a long term full time nanny, M-F 8-6 p.m. Its for a 1-year-old boy. He is very active. Loves to play outside and go for walks. He loves to play with his elder brother and do what he is doing. I expect the nanny to play with him, build on the development skills hes showing. He takes 2 naps a day and we are trying to get him to sleep in his crib now. So will need someone who can maintain that routine.
