House Cleaner

I'm a stay at home mom with a 16-month-old and am currently pregnant. We are moving to a bigger home and I will need help with maintaining my home and organizing/setting up the home. Vacuuming, doing the dishes, laundry, mopping, cleaning the bathrooms, organizing, keeping the home tidy. I want someone to take care of my home like it were their own. Ideally, I'd like for someone to come 3 days a week and create a schedule of tasks for each day. I want someone who is self sufficient and doesn't need a whole lot of hand holding to get things done as I'm busy with my son. Self sufficient, experienced, has reliable transportation, looking for a long term job. We have a Shih Tzu.
