Older row home, hardwood floors, three levels, 3 standard size bedrooms and baths. 2 flights of stairs that need to be vaccumed and dusted. Small gallley style kitchen that needs surface cleaning only. We have space to park in front of house. One small cat that we'll keep in separate room.
