Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Plumas District Hospital (Non-MSP - VMS).

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Coordinates and administers all modes of respiratory therapy, cardiac testing, pulmonary function testing, and arterial blood gas monitoring. Treats neonates, infants, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients within the scope of the cardiopulmonary department.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Primarily night shifts. Holidays as required.

Special Requests: RTO not approved unless noted in the offer.

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
