AR Specialist - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking an AR Specialist to join their team. As an AR Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AR Specialist

Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Range: $18-$21

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Assist with Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing and processing payments
• Make client calls on past due accounts and follow up on collections
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to receivables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of account issues
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams

What's Needed?

• Good computer skills, including proficiency with relevant software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Collections experience is a plus
• Ability to work part-time (20-24 hours/week)
• Willingness to support in-office invoicing and reporting tasks
