Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

I am a full time single mom looking for a great nanny for 1 ye old boy in Austin. I would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping-loading dirty dishes you use during day, folding laundry etc. prefer a nanny who has their own car and who does not smoke. My schedule varies as Im a medical professional. I work 3-5 days a week depending on the week some 9-5 days, some 7a-7p shifts and some night shifts. I know my schedule 1-3 months in advance. 1-year-old boy, easy going and happy. takes 1-2 naps/day. Easy to put to bed. Flat rate of $100/night for night shift otherwise 15-20$/hr depending on experience.
