Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Charles City. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets. I am in need of some assistance I am so overwhelmed. Im not sure how to manage the kids and myself at the same time. My mom has been here for a few weeks but is leaving soon. If someone could assist me for an hour or two a few days a week that would be a godsend.
