Animal Care Needed

He hasn't been groomed in about 5 months due to us recently moving but he keeps licking himself from anxiety and completely licked the fur off his right hind leg. He doesn't typically like baths but if you give him treats during it he shouldn't be that mad. He gets matted around the ears, feet and tail. He gets anxious whenever my mom and I have to leave for appointments so having someone come take him out just to the park is fantastic
