Ready to take your COTA career on the road? We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) rehabilitation team on an exciting 13-week travel assignment.
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while gaining valuable experience, exploring new locations, and working alongside an experienced therapy team.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, strength, and independence
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities
- Utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to support patient function
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress in accordance with SNF guidelines
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support positive patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active COTA certification and state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new environments
