Caregivers/ Respite

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers/Respite providers to deliver essential support in private home settings. This role involves offering personal care, emotional support, and respite services primarily to individuals with disabilities, children, and elderly clients. Caregivers work independently on fixed shifts, with daily travel between client homes, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients with conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, and seizure disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with mobility
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Prepare meals according to client needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Provide respite care to primary caregivers
• Monitor patient condition and safety, including those with autism, cerebral palsy, and seizure disorders
• Maintain daily logs and documentation on client care
• Travel daily between client locations and work independently

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR certification
• Homecare Aide Certifications
• Proficiency in personal care techniques and emotional support
• Basic cooking and housekeeping skills
• Strong patient monitoring and safety awareness
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated empathy and time management abilities
