General Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring for multiple warehouse positions at Factory Motor Parts (FMP), a growing distribution warehouse offering temp-to-hire opportunities, career advancement, and long-term stability.

Job Responsibilities

Forklift Operators

• Transport completed pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Move pallets to wrapping stations and designated loading trailers.
• Safely load and unload materials while following warehouse safety procedures.

Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Riders / Order Pickers

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Transport full battery pallets to packing stations.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring order accuracy.

Standing Reach Truck Operators

• Replenish inventory in pick locations.
• Safely store and retrieve pallets from racking systems.
• Help maintain inventory flow throughout the warehouse.

Packers

• Stack batteries securely on pallets with proper weight distribution and stability.
• Prepare orders for wrapping and shipment.
• Work closely with pickers to maintain production flow.

Teamwork

To maintain a balanced workload and prevent employee fatigue, Pickers and Packers may rotate responsibilities as operational needs require. Teamwork and flexibility are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Multiple shifts available
• Open availability is preferred

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a forklift, electric pallet jack, or standing reach truck
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic

Certification Process

At Empro Staffing, safety is our priority. All equipment operators are required to complete a hands-on field evaluation before placement. Qualified candidates will receive certification through our evaluation process to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
