Position Overview 

CREO Group is seeking a motivated and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations within our fast-paced manufacturing environment in Kissimmee, FL. 


This role will partner closely with operations leadership and team members to support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, engagement initiatives, performance management, HR administration, and policy execution.


The ideal candidate will have direct, on-site manufacturing experience who is highly organized, approachable, adaptable, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on support across the facility.

Essential Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Team Member Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for team member questionsregardingpolicies, procedures, benefits, attendance, payroll, and workplace concerns.
  • Support employee relations by gathering information, documenting conversations, and partnering with HR leadership onappropriate nextsteps.
  • Assistinmaintaininga positive work environment through visibility on the production floor and proactive communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, conduct, workplace concerns, and policy violations whilemaintainingconfidentiality and professionalism.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboardinglogistics.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the organizationand assimilation into the CREO Group culture. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs andmaintaintimelycommunication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintainaccurateonboarding and personnel documentation in HR systems anddigitalemployee files.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain HR records,digitalpersonnel files, and documentationin accordance withcompany standards and employment laws.
  • Assistwith compliance initiatives related to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Support leave administration processes including FMLA, ADA accommodations,Workers’Compensation, and other employee leave matters.
  • Assistwith policy communication, acknowledgements, corrective action documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

Payroll, Benefits & HR Systems

  • Support payroll and timekeeping processes through ADP, including timecard reviews, attendance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Assistteam members with benefit enrollment questions, HRIS navigation, and employee self-service support.
  • Maintainaccurateemployee information within HR systems.

Engagement & Culture

  • Assistwith employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, training coordination, and company events.
  • Support communication efforts including announcements, postings, and employee-facing materials.
  • Promote a culture centered around safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of2-4 yearsofon-siteHuman Resources experiencerequired, within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillsincludingOutlook, Word, Excel,PowerPointand Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationshipsand influenceacross all levels of the organization.

Certifications (Preferred)

SHRM – CP or SHRM-SCP (equivalent to SHRM - PHR or SPHR)
