Your Role:As a Production Specialist, you'll operate machines like roll formers, benders, slitters, and forklifts to manufacture and handle panels, trims, and fasteners, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending, and standing all day — but don't worry, we'll train you! PPE is provided, and safety is our priority.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but no experience? No problem! We will train you
Forklift experience and understanding of safety procedures are preferred
Ability to read production documents and follow instructions accurately
Preferred Skills:
Experience in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate computerized equipment or software
Safety certifications
Your Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery for efficient production
Perform quality checks and inspections
Maintain accurate records and report issues promptly
Follow safety protocols to keep everyone safe
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues
Assist in training new team members and support continuous improvement
Handle and store materials properly
