How to Qualify as a delivery driver?

• Must be 21+ or older.
• A Current Driver license with a solid driving record.
• NON THC drug screen.
• Ability to use apps on a (company)smart phone.
• Handle up to 50lbs packages.
• Weekly schedules include either Saturday or Sunday (4 days/week) 10+.
• Part time and weekends (as Banda needs).

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Experience with warehouse operations and commercial driving is preferred, along with the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving items.

Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients.
• Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet schedules and optimize fuel usage.
• Ensure accurate delivery of packages, verifying orders against delivery manifests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in warehouse activities as needed, including inventory management and stock organization.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with route driving knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients.
• Experience operating a box truck, forklift, pallet jack, and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and move items efficiently within warehouse or delivery settings.
• Warehouse experience is a plus for understanding inventory handling and logistics.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; driver license required.
• Ability to navigate using GPS or route maps effectively.
