Container Wash & Repair Technician-Multiple Positions and Shifts Open!

Job Summary

EFP Staffing is currently seeking dependable Container Wash & Repair Technicians for an immediate opportunity.

In this role, you will work in a warehouse/production environment helping ensure reusable packaging—including crates, pallets, and containers—is properly cleaned, inspected, repaired, and prepared for shipment. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates!

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial washing and sanitizing equipment.
• Load, run, and monitor automated washing machinery.
• Inspect incoming containers for damage, residue, and other defects.
• Sort containers based on cleaning or repair needs.
• Repair damaged plastic crates, pallets, and containers using basic hand tools.
• Perform basic component replacement and mechanical repairs.
• Assist with industrial plastic welding techniques as needed.
• Follow quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
• Stack, wrap, and stage clean and repaired containers for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or similar environments is preferred but not required.
• Experience using hand tools or performing basic mechanical repairs is a plus.
• Ability to learn and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to following workplace safety procedures.
