Budtender

Greenside Recreational is looking to hire customer service driven Budtenders who have a passion for both the cannabis industry and the customers they serve. The ideal budtender will be self directed, personable, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers in order to give the best customer experience possible. This individual will be able to work in a fast paced environment as well as with a team.

Budtender Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers
• Asking customers relevant questions to determine their needs
• Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system and handling large sums of cash with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensuring that the sales floor and staff areas are clean and well-organized at all times.
• Light restocking and facing as down time allows
• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
• Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
• About You:
• - Must be at least 21 years of age
• - Work experience in a sales-driven environment (retail, bar, restaurant, etc)
• - Outstanding customer service skills
• - Able to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and nights
• - Can work within strict compliance requirements while keeping a positive attitude
• - Punctual
