Production Operator/Quality

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a detail‐oriented candidates to support analytical testing, documentation, quality assurance, preparing materials, setting up equipment, and operating production machines for raw materials and finished products. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‐on lab work, precision, and working within regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on incoming raw materials, in‐process components, and finished products.
• Perform acid‐base/redox titrations, particle size analysis, gravimetric analysis, and melt point testing.
• Operate production equipment to produce quality products according to SOPs.
• Measure and prepare ingredients based on product recipes.
• Monitor machines, make adjustments as needed, and record production data.
• Take product samples for testing and make sure batches meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills.
