We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through the sale of Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, and other technology services. This is a hunter-focused role requiring a professional who can proactively build a pipeline, develop relationships with decision-makers, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate has experience selling managed services, thrives in an outside sales environment, and has a proven track record of winning new business.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven success generating net-new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other outbound sales activities.
- Experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP), Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Network Management, Infrastructure Services, Help Desk Services, or similar recurring technology services.
- Experience selling recurring revenue agreements (MRR) preferred.
- Strong territory management and business development skills.
- Ability to conduct in-person meetings and develop relationships with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers.
- Full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
