Audit Senior CPA Firm - Accountant

Qualifications

• External Auditing: 3-5 years with CPA Firm(Required)

• Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required)

• Bachelor’s in accounting (preferred)

• Knowledge of GAAP

• Ability to supervise/lead projects, multi-task, think independently, and problem solve

• Verbal and written communications skills

• Computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

• Experience : Public Accounting experience: 2+ years (Required)

• Experience with AdvanceFlow, Fixed Asset CS, FileCabinet, GoFileRoom a plus

Responsibilities

• Ability and desire to run client engagements from start to finish, includes planning, executing, directing, and completing audits, reviews, and compilations and managing to budget

• Prepare, draft financial statements, and note disclosures

• Supervise and train staff auditors and interns in the audit and review process

• Identify problem areas and client issues and propose solutions to supervisors, managers, and partners

• Develop and maintain great professional relationships with client staff

• Up to date on standards and regulations and assist in communicating and implementing changes in the department
