Order Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, processing, and managing customer orders. The ideal candidate ensures timely order fulfillment, maintains high data accuracy, and acts as a key operational link between our customers, sales, and logistics teams.

What You Will Do

• Order Entry & Data Management. Input, process, and maintain accurate digital records of customer orders and order confirmations.
• Review all incoming orders for accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms while strictly adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate daily with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee timely shipping, inventory allocation, and tracking.
• Communicate directly and professionally with customers and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, managing returns, or issuing credits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in order processing, data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
• Proven hands-on familiarity with ERP software
• Strong data entry speed with high accuracy; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
