Recruiter via Telemarketing

We are seeking a Recruiter Via Telemarketing to join our team! You will perform activities via phone and emails recruiting new or existing agents to our company.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls to screen, recruit, and set appointments for qualified prospects
• Educate prospects on products and services
• Maintain a record of contact information
• Provide management with requested reports and documents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
