What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate off-road haul trucks to safely and efficiently transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry.

  • Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.

  • Follow established safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operating guidelines at all times.

  • Support production goals by transporting materials to designated loading, dumping, and processing areas.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch personnel, and team members to maintain efficient operations.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial, mining, construction, or similar environment.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Ability to perform equipment inspections, recognize potential issues, and communicate concerns effectively.

  • Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to comply with all company safety requirements.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and access equipment platforms; enter and exit haul unit multiple times throughout the shift.

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods while operating and inspecting equipment.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment components weighing up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual awareness.
