About this job

1:1 Patient Care | Monday–Friday | $5K Sign-On!!

Location: Stephenville, TX

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approximately 40 Hours/Week

Are you a Physical Therapist who loves outpatient orthopedics but is tired of high patient volumes, overlapping appointments, and productivity pressure?

This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a unique, employer-sponsored outpatient healthcare clinic in Stephenville. This role gives you something increasingly difficult to find in outpatient PT: the time to actually treat your patients.

You'll typically see just 8–12 patients per day, averaging 1–2 patients per hour, in a highly personalized, one-on-one treatment environment. No PT mill. No revolving door of patients. Just quality care and the opportunity to make a measurable difference.

Why You'll Want to Consider This Role
  • 1:1 patient-focused care
  • Only 8–12 patients per day
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Approximately 40 hours per week
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Competitive hourly compensation
  • Health insurance
  • Paid vacation
  • 401(k)
  • Access to an on-site healthcare clinic for you and your family with minimal co-pays
  • Collaborative environment with physicians and advanced practice providers
  • No high-volume productivity model
What You'll Do

You'll provide outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including:

  • Low back and spine conditions
  • Upper-extremity strains and injuries
  • Hand and wrist conditions
  • Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Personal and work-related injuries

You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, monitor progress, educate patients, and collaborate with the clinic's medical providers to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist license
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • 1–2+ years of PT experience preferred
  • Outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal experience preferred
  • Workers' compensation experience is helpful, but not required
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • A PT who values quality of care over quantity of visits
A Different Kind of Outpatient PT

If you enjoy outpatient orthopedics but don't enjoy the traditional high-volume model, this position deserves a conversation.

You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with your patients, follow their progress, collaborate with an integrated healthcare team, and provide the kind of individualized treatment that brought many therapists into the profession in the first place.

Ready for fewer patients, more meaningful care, and a better work-life balance? Apply today to learn more.
