Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • Previous experience with leadership, team building, accountability, and strategic thinking preferred
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a can-do mentality
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to learn new platforms
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at a desk or on your feet for extended periods


Property Manager Preferred Background & Skills


  • Experience with housekeeping systems, products, and techniques
  • Aptitude for managing inventory, purchasing, and on-site preparation
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects concurrently


Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Oversee the quality, cleanliness, and maintenance of assigned rental properties
  • Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and property preparation to meet company standards
  • Conduct or delegate inventory checks, ensuring properties are fully stocked and in optimal condition
  • Manage, train, and schedule staff or contractors involved in property care and guest services
  • Monitor expenses, submit receipts, and support budget forecasting
  • Uphold the company’s core values and lead by example within the team
