Job Description
Senior Procurement Delivery Advisor – Truck Services
Location: Cleveland, OH
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Delivery Advisor to partner with business and operations leaders to develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings, operational performance, supplier value and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement plans and sourcing priorities.
- Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, contracting and supplier mobilization initiatives.
- Develop and manage supplier ecosystems, strategic partnerships and commercial models.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, demand optimization and value creation.
- Manage supplier performance, governance, relationships and commercial risks.
- Analyze spend, market and operational data to support sourcing and business decisions.
- Support supply chain, logistics, inventory and low-cost-country sourcing initiatives.
- Drive procurement transformation, process improvement and standardization.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, contracting or commercial roles.
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional procurement initiatives.
- Proven sourcing, negotiation and commercial modeling skills.
- Strong supplier relationship and performance management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field.
Preferred Experience
- Truck services, fleet mobility, convenience, construction & maintenance, parts, field services or other multi-site operational environments.
- Experience with maintenance/repair, parts, consumables, equipment, logistics or fleet-related suppliers.
- MCIPS, CPSM or equivalent procurement certification is a plus.
