Caregiver Needed

About who needs care: I recently had abdominal surgery and Im inI recently had abdominal surgery and Im in a rehab center to try and recover, but its just making me worse. I may call the emergency room for a medical emergency services to take me to Duke emergency room to check on a fall. I had on Friday evening. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
