Industrial Millwright - Foreman - UP TO $38/HOUR
Job Description
The industrial millwright is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of manufacturing and material handling equipment. This role ensures that conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and other mechanical systems operate safely and efficiently to support continuous production operations. The position is ideal for a highly skilled mechanical technician with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, precision alignment, welding, fabrication, and equipment repair.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and material handling equipment, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and related mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot conveyor breakdowns and other mechanical failures to minimize downtime and maintain safe, efficient operations.
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and power transmission equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining conveyors and material handling systems.
- Industrial maintenance within manufacturing or plant environments.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily within plant and manufacturing facilities, focusing on industrial equipment and material handling systems. When working locally within approximately a two-hour radius, the schedule follows a normal first-shift pattern from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work may involve accessing equipment at heights and moving throughout active production areas, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper use of tools and equipment. The setting is industrial and hands-on, with regular interaction with conveyors, mechanical systems, and maintenance tools.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
