Job Description
We are now hiring for Extrusion Machine Operators for a Manufacturing facility in San Marcos, TX. Please submit your resume to this posting for review.
Schedule:
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (MUST be able to train on 1st shift for the first few weeks Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm)
Pay:
$26/hr + $1/hr shift differential
Responsible for overseeing the extrusion process from raw materials through finished products, while maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and required documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools
- Basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Math proficiency
- Effective time-management skills

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate reliability and flexibility
- Maintain strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
