Job Description
We are looking for a Member Services Representative to support an onsite event for a client in Stockbridge, Massachusetts area for the month of October. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, being outside, and working in a high-volume service environment that includes both phone-based support and in-person event interaction. The role offers a mix of training and hands-on member engagement while supporting membership growth and visitor experiences across a wide range of seasonal activities. Responsibilities:
• Respond to member and visitor inquiries in a fast-paced service setting, providing accurate information through direct interaction at events.
• Promote membership opportunities to guests and help individuals understand program benefits, enrollment options, and event participation details.
• Assist with reservation-related support connected to organizational properties, programs, and high-traffic seasonal activities.
• Represent the membership team during events, including outdoor and indoor assignments, while delivering friendly and attentive service.
• Process member information, update records, and complete administrative tasks with strong attention to detail and computer accuracy.
• Help manage guest flow and service needs during peak event periods, including extended show operations.
• Collaborate with membership leadership and staff to ensure a positive experience for members, visitors, and event attendees.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a member-facing service role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with a wide variety of guests and members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with frequent public interaction and changing priorities.
• Solid computer skills, including accurate typing and the ability to learn organization systems quickly.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors depending on event and business needs.
• Ability to stay organized, dependable, and service-focused during high-volume periods
