Randstad is partnering with a global leader in high-volume, sustainable packaging manufacturing to find a skilled Maintenance Electrical Technician to join their high-performing team in Gilroy, CA.

Qualifications:  

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair both electrical/electronic systems (PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, schematics) and core mechanical components (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmissions).

• Predictive & Preventive Maintenance: Perform root-cause failure analysis and execute PM schedules to maximize machine uptime.

• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work alongside operations and maintenance partners to resolve complex technical hurdles efficiently.

• Continuous Learning: Cross-train across various technical disciplines to expand your skillset and boost your industry capabilities.

• Digital Work Orders: Manage parts, work orders, and maintenance logs using modern computer management systems.ZPMLSTCM
