LPN/LVN - Medical Surgical | High Pay + Excellent Benefits + SOB

The LPN/LVN – Medical Surgical position at Rainy Lake Medical Center & Rural Health Clinic in International Falls, Minnesota, offers a rewarding permanent placement opportunity. This role, under TRS Managed Services, LLC, involves providing skilled nursing care in a rural health clinic setting, supporting medical-surgical specialties with a focus on patient-centered care in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical and rural health clinic setting
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members, typically one nurse per provider
• Utilize Epic for accurate and timely charting and documentation
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to clinic dress code (any scrub color allowed)
• Assist with clinical tasks while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Float within the clinic as needed to support various provider teams
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including maintaining a negative TB test status

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN license
• BLS certification
• Negative TB test
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records system

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay range: $22.82–$30.93, based on experience
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Schedule options: 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts, depending on provider
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
• Minimal floating only within the clinic as needed
