Qualifications
Required experience in construction defect defense.
Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent analytical, legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.
Work Arrangement
Primarily in-office in Los Angeles, California.
